As Far as the Super Bowl Goes... Randall Gay Has Been There, Done That & is Ready to Do It Again

Once Randall Gay's NFL career is said and done, he's going to have one helluva life story to tell.
Randall's won a National Championship at LSU; he's played in a Super Bowl; in that Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles, he squared off against Terrell Owens and had, like, 14 tackles and a stripped fumble; he's played in - if I remember correctly - 4 or 5 AFC / NFC championship games; and this season he's played for a Saints team that went undefeated through its first 13 games and is about to play in yet ANOTHER Super Bowl.
Oh and P.S. He's experienced all of the above in a career that's only spanned 6 seasons. Talk about an over-achiever!
The Saints are gonna be glad they've got "Blue" (Randall) out there in Miami with them, because I'm pretty certain he's the only player they have who has Super Bowl experience. And -- seriously -- having been around the Super Bowl's block once before is, quite possibly, more beneficial than having superior athletic ability. Why? Because the commotion you have to deal with when you're playing on the grandest stage of them all is heavy enough to make a grown man go crazy! In order to deal with the pressures of the game, it's helpful to have a calm, cool, and collected leader by your side who can help you keep your head from spinnin'. Randall's gonna be "that guy" everyone is going to lean on when the pressure's turned on "high."
You can always count on Randall to make game-changing plays, and that's what separates him from other cornerbacks. He ain't gonna let many plays get by him, but, if he does, it's because a damn-near perfect pass was made, and you can't fault a guy for that. He's smart; he's fast; he's a leader; he can play every position; he knows how to read plays; and he's got the playoff experience of a seasoned veteran that's - I'm sure - gonna spread to each of his teammates like wildfire.
The Saints are gonna bring the heat in Miami! And I look forward to my boy, "Blue," being one of many big dogs on that New Orleans squad who's gonna grind up the Colts!
WHO DAT!!!
