On Friday evening, the Boston Celtics will host Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets in Massachusetts.
With a victory, the Celtics would improve to a perfect 21-0 on their home floor.
Before the matchup, the team announced that they had made a roster move by assigning Jordan Walsh to the Maine Celtics (G League).

Walsh was the 38th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft out of Arkansas and has spent a lot of time in the G League this season.
The 19-year-old made his NBA debut in Wednesday's 117-98 victory against the San Antonio Spurs and had four rebounds in three minutes of playing time.

Walsh has played in eight G League regular season games and is averaging 16.3 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.3 blocks per contest while shooting 39.8% from the field and 40.8% from the three-point range.
The Maine Celtics will face off against the Sioux Falls Skyforce on Friday evening.

As for the Celtics, they are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 32-9 record in their first 41 games.
They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games.
Following the Nuggets, the Celtics will visit the Houston Rockets on Sunday in Texas.
